·  When do I get paid?
Staffing associates are paid every Thursday. We offer direct deposit and also a regular check.

·  When is my time card due?
Your time card must be in turned in by 5:00 PM on Monday in order for you to be paid on Thursday. You may drop off your time card, but faxing or emailing is preferred.

·  What holidays does Staffing Resources observe?
The six major holidays we observe are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

·  When do I qualify for holiday and vacation pay?
To qualify for holiday pay, you must work the day before and the day after the holiday and have worked 1,000 hours with Staffing Resources prior to the upcoming holiday. Upon completion of 1,500 hours of work with Staffing Resources, you will be eligible for 40 hours of vacation at your average rate of pay.

·  What if I am unable to complete or I am running late to my assignment?
Always call Staffing Resources 30 minutes prior to your start time if you are going to be late or out.

·  What do I do if I am injured on the job?
Immediately notify your direct supervisor and the Staffing Resources office where you are registered in the event of any on the job injury.
